Launching a national DTH service from zero
Bangladesh’s first direct-to-home satellite TV service, launching into rural and semi-urban markets that had never paid for television.
The brief
Launch a satellite TV service across rural and semi-urban Bangladesh with no digital presence at all, in a competitive telecom market with high acquisition costs — and connect online advertising to what was fundamentally an offline, field-sales business.
What we did
Build one integrated growth system instead of running advertising and sales in parallel: region-segmented paid campaigns wired into a live CRM, with the field sales team working the same pipeline in real time.
- Multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and TV
- 20+ creative variations tested and optimised weekly
- Airtable CRM pipeline for lead tracking
- Full-funnel measurement via GA4 and Meta Conversions API
- Region-aware targeting with tailored messaging per district
The results
- 47,000+ — new subscribers in 80 days
- 8.1× — return on ad spend
- −22% — cost per acquisition, month one
- 64% — of leads closed via CRM and field-sales sync
What we took from it
The campaign did not win because the targeting was clever. It won because a lead created at 11am was in a salesperson’s hand by noon.
