How we work

Five steps. No mystery.

The same process whether you are a global brand launching a category or a ministry preparing a national campaign week.

Listen

A 30-minute call, then a written brief we send back to you. If we have misunderstood the problem, you find out on day one — not in month three.

Frame

Audience, message, channel, budget, and the single number that defines success. Signed off before anything is designed.

Build

Creative and tracking are built in parallel, never sequentially. Nothing ships without a way to measure it.

Run

In-market, with weekly optimisation and a live dashboard you can open yourself.

Report

Monthly, in plain language, including what did not work and what we are changing.

Questions

The things people ask before they call.

Discovery within a week of first contact. Most creative and media engagements go in-market inside three to four weeks. Government tenders follow the procurement timeline set by the institution.

Retainers start around BDT 1.5 lakh per month for always-on content and social. Campaign and media engagements are scoped against media budget and deliverables. We quote a fixed fee, not a percentage of your spend, so our incentive is not to spend more of it.

A named team of three to six — strategist, creative lead, designer, media buyer, analyst — depending on scope. The same people you meet in the pitch run the account.

Yes, and it is written, not translated. Every Bangla line is drafted or reviewed by a native writer before it goes near a client.

Regularly. We are often the performance and tracking layer under someone else's creative, or the creative studio under someone else's media plan.

Yes. Work for overseas clients is delivered remotely from Dhaka, with meetings scheduled to your timezone.

Next step

Every good project starts with a 30-minute call.

Tell us the problem. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.
