National infrastructure, explained to a country
Making Payra LNG, Maheshkhali and Kutubdia legible to citizens — and running the ministry’s flagship annual event week day by day.
The brief
Large national energy projects are technically complex, geographically remote from most citizens, and easy to misreport. The ministry needed communication that was accurate, visually consistent, and readable on a phone by someone with no technical background.
What we did
Build a repeatable visual system — national seal, bilingual ministry name, a geographically accurate Bangladesh silhouette, and a fixed grammar for infrastructure posts, advisory tips and compliance notices — then run the ministry’s flagship event week as a daily content operation rather than a one-off announcement.
- A locked visual system for project, advisory and compliance posts
- Location-specific creative for Payra LNG, Maheshkhali and Kutubdia
- Event-week format lineup: achievement posts, daily updates, speaker profile quotes and videos, exhibitor profiles, live coverage, highlights film
- University activation running alongside the main event
- Bangla written natively, not translated, and checked twice for factual accuracy before style
The results
- Daily — coverage through the full event week
- 10+ — distinct content formats in the lineup
- Bilingual — Bangla and English, written natively
What we took from it
Public-sector work is judged on a different axis. A campaign for a brand can be clever and wrong; a post carrying a national seal can only be right.
Public-sector engagement. Reach and performance figures are held in the ministry’s own campaign reporting and are not published here.
