Moving Eid demand from the shop floor to the storefront
The country’s most loved heritage retail brand, shifting peak-season demand onto its e-commerce platform.
The brief
Aarong’s Eid peak was a physical-store event. The e-commerce platform existed but carried a fraction of the demand, and the season is short enough that there is no time to learn on the fly.
What we did
Treat the Eid window as a single campaign with a pre-built creative library and a media plan sized to the peak, rather than a series of weekly pushes — and shift budget toward the platform as it proved it could carry the volume.
- Peak-season creative library built ahead of the window
- Media weight concentrated into the Eid trading period
- Continuous reallocation toward e-commerce as conversion held
- Year-on-year online sales tracked against the same window
The results
- 24.5× — return on ad spend
- +200% — media budget gain
What we took from it
Seasonal retail rewards preparation over reaction. Everything that worked in this window was built before it opened.
